We all have vendors we dread. Let’s improve the situation.

A lot of that dread comes not just from miscommunication, but from willful deafness on both sides. I’m your usability consultant, so my job is to listen to you.

In this series of posts, I’ll talk about not just what makes a good vendor, but what makes a good client/vendor relationship. So hopefully, you won’t see yourself on Clients From Hell.

I’ll also address what I’ve always considered anti-customer-friendly tactics of developers large and small, and would love to hear your horror stories if you’ve had a bad website development experience. (“Paying too much” doesn’t qualify ).
